Not sure what to improve

Your resume, LinkedIn profile or career direction might need work, but where do you begin?

Interviews feel stressful

You want to prepare properly and practise your answers before meeting employers.

You don't need another long list of tips. You need a plan you can actually follow — and honest feedback along the way.

A few things you may be wondering

Questions? We've got answers.

If there's something else you'd like to know, you can always ask us directly before joining.

Will StepRight find me a job?

No. StepRight is a mentorship service, not a recruitment agency. We help you strengthen your approach, but interviews and hiring decisions are made by employers.

What if I already have a resume?

That's useful. We'll review what you have and focus on the changes that matter for your target roles. You won't have to start from scratch.

Do I need to buy courses or extra services?

No paid courses are required. If we identify a skill gap, we'll suggest suitable free learning resources first.

When can I message my mentor?

We'll discuss the available support and response times with you before you decide to enrol.

What happens after the 50 days?

We'll review your progress and discuss practical next steps. Any ongoing support or follow-up will be explained before you enrol.

What if I change my mind?

We haven't finalised a refund policy. Please ask us about the applicable refund and cancellation terms before making a payment.
